Jon joined E.J. Ward in 2026 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings extensive fleet and automotive experience from sales, marketing, and product development roles at General Motors, GE Capital, and Element Fleet Management. Serving as Vice President of Sales at EV Connect before joining E.J. Ward, Jon also has expertise in telematics and electric vehicle charging. He has worked globally and is originally from the UK, where he earned a degree in Economics from the University of Sheffield.

Everette has been in the Fuel Management industry working as a Technical Upgrade Sales Consultant since 2012. He pioneered his department with marketing and business development strategies for delivering high profit and revenue returns. He has extensive experience working closely with distributors, end-users, and Regional Sales managers to enhance all aspects of the customers’ fuel management process. He has significant knowledge of fuel automation, mobile applications, software enhancements, credit card applications, and wireless network infrastructure. He is a proud supporter of the United Way and the Wounded Warrior Project. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, Everette has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with a focus in Professional Selling from Florida State.

Alex joined Ward in 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Management. He has been exceptionally successful in developing strong customer relationships, managing sales teams, and implementing successful sales and marketing plans that increase revenue. Most recently, Alex led and managed the operations of MoneyHaul LLC’s San Antonio location by organizing, planning, staffing, and overseeing all employees engaged in the sale and service of company products. Born and raised in Mexico City, Alex moved to Texas in 2000 to pursue a degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Matt joined Ward in April 2021 with 19 years of sales experience. Most recently, he was a top producer for the largest multi-family laundry company in the United States. In 2019, Matt was part of the Hartford, CT branch team that won the Best-In-Class Award for the top branch in the country. With a focus on developing long-term relationships with clients, Matt believes in building trust and confidence for developing partners for life. A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, he currently resides in Cheshire, CT, with his wife and two stepsons and enjoys golfing, craft beer, and hiking.

Steve specializes in C‑suite engagement, strategic business development, and full‑cycle sales management. Steve currently resides in San Clemente, CA, with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending live sporting events and concerts, and exploring new restaurants and craft breweries. Warren was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL, and received his Bachelor of Science from FSU. Before joining Ward in early 2022, he was head of Business Development, dealing primarily with commercial and residential security systems. Before that, he was an accounts manager for a Wine Distributor selling Italian imports. Warren and his wife have two children – both born in 2020. He has a love for the beach, where his family has a small beach cottage, and he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. He is an avid FSU football fan and attends games regularly.

Since joining Ward in 2007, Chad has become an expert in numerous processes within the organization and managing all technical service team members located throughout the US. He oversees training and certification of Ward technicians and third-party installation teams for vehicle and control equipment to include programming, fault isolation, repair and replacement of faulty hardware. Chad served our country as a US Marine and has an Associate of Applied Science and Computer Engineer / Electronics Engineering from ITT.

Dave joined Ward in 2014 and oversees the Software Engineering Department. He has been an integral player in Ward Fuel View, IoT Fuel Control Terminal, and Systems Development, and has worked on and designed several backend programs for TLS Service, Scheduled Task Service, Watchdog Service, and CANceiver Event Parser. Dave has over 20 years of experience with computer systems, ranging from technical support, administration, network engineering, and software engineering. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix.
